Food that tastes good, comes in different shapes, sizes, and is cooked in hundreds of ways may sound bad to some people, but that’s because they’ve never experienced the goodness of FOODS. They don’t know how amazing some of these foods are. And even though many of them might seem gross to others, they actually taste better than most foods, which is why I feel compelled to share some with you.



Let me start by saying this: I love food. Period. I like all types of food. And guess what? Great food can come in a variety of forms that are both great and bad.

One great thing about food is that it can actually be made from only ingredients that you already have around your home. It doesn’t have to be expensive to make.

In fact, it can be surprisingly inexpensive if you’re willing to experiment and really make an effort to make great food that tastes great. The best way to do this is to learn to cook “off cuts” or leftover food in as many different ways as possible.

Lean Meats

lean meats are often more affordable than the fatty meats that people tend to go for. So try steaks, chicken, and even fish. If you have a casserole dish that you love, it doesn’t take a whole lot of time to prepare a batch of favorite pasta sauce and top it off with some steamed vegetables.

If you’re tired of eating beef stir-fries, make some chicken nuggets and steam them. You can add a little oil to make them extra tasty.

Raw Vegetables

Another great food, you don’t often think about is raw vegetables. Many people toss raw vegetables into a salad or some kind of soup without much thinking. But I find that a meal with lots of raw vegetables goes well with a nice cocktail or a great glass of wine.

If you’re tired of potato chips and ice cream, mix up some spinach salads with some baby carrots and a bit of lemon juice and enjoy.

Of course, there are a few things that are absolutely necessary for a well balanced diet. For example, get plenty of fiber! Whole grains and vegetables are great sources of this important substance. Also, don’t forget the protein! Eggs are excellent sources of protein, but so are beans and nuts.

Avoid anything “healthier” than the stuff you already love! Even if you’ve never cooked “healthy” food before, you’ll probably find that most ” healthier ” food” is actually quite unhealthy and just plain bad for you.

Stay away from chocolate bars, pastries, cookies, chips, candy, and anything else that is not “fully” healthy. Stick with fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat!


The final dish that I want to mention in my review of terrible FOODS but so good and tasty are the dessert! Desserts are very important! They’re something you should be able to eat every day, and that means that they need to be made correctly.

Avoid filling the food with extra sugar (especially refined sugar), and remember to always have plenty of water.

I would recommend that you avoid “fancy” dessert recipes at all costs. This is because there’s just no way that they can possibly taste good or be nutritious. Most of them are loaded with high fructose corn syrup and other cheap sugars that will harm your health.

Instead, choose a simple dessert like a pie, or fruit like raspberries, strawberries, or bananas. If you’re not feeling up to cooking, you can always grab a frozen dessert mix that has all the taste and satisfaction of a freshly-made dessert.

One thing you can count on with these meals is that they’re going to be messy. I don’t know about you, but it’s kind of gross when food spills out of a pot and onto the table. It’s even worse when the food you’re preparing spills onto your clothing.

You will definitely need a spill-proof dish cloth or an upturned plastic bowl to keep the mess off your clothes and your food. Besides that, the oils in cooking oils and many spices will make your food stick to whatever container they happen to land in, so it’s always best to use tongs when moving food from one plate to another.

Don’t worry too much about portion control. You can pretty much eat as much as you want. The soup is so yummy and the bread is so filling, you’ll never feel like you’ve had enough! The only part of the meal that limits you is the amount of food per person.

You shouldn’t be too upset about this, though, as this is just one of those meals that is designed to feed as few people as possible and is by no means filled up.

There’s no doubt that the main reason why people love to eat terrible FOODS is because of the nutritional content. If you haven’t tried terrible FOODS yet, you’re missing out on some of the tastiest tasting foods on the planet.

You simply have to try it at least once in your life, as it is by far one of the best meals you’ll ever have. You’ll definitely wonder why you never bought it when you got to taste the delicious food for yourself!
